Dose the Fossil Record Prove Evolution ?It does not. Let's start with the Cambrian Explosion. The Cambrian Period represents a time in the history of our planet where most of the major groups of animals first appear in the fossil record. This event is referred to as the "Cambrian Explosion," due to the extremely short time over which this diversity of forms appears. This simply does not align with Darwinian evolutionary theory. There is simply insufficient time for gradual variation. There are many secular scientists who do not believe in common ancestry which is a cornerstone of Darwinian theory. Such a scientist is Craig Ventor who was involved in the sequence of the human genome.

How does Darwinian Evolution explain the first life form ?Well... that's one of the problems with Darwin's theory of evolution. You have to have one life form (a common ancestor) to kick-start evolution. And there are many huge barriers in the theory (which supporters of Darwin have no rationale answer to). Let's start off with DNA. The very most basic building block any any life form is DNA. No DNA, no life form. And in order to create proteins you also need RNA.RNA requires information from DNA. Therefore, no RNA, no proteins, No DNA, no proteins. Which one came first ? Richard Dawkins said in 2009: The catch-22 of the origin of life is this: DNA can replicate, but it needs enzymes in order to catalyze the process. Proteins can catalyze DNA formation, but they need DNA to specify the correct sequence of amino acids. (The great Show on Earth, page 420) DNA is also highly complex. It is an immense set of data. Check out our videos in our website by Dr. Stephen Meyer. He goes into deep detail on the complexity of DNA and RNA. He also discusses the probability of DNA and RNA coming into existence by sheer chance.

How do I accept Jesus into my life ?No doubt it's a big step. But the good news is, it's not that difficult. All Jesus wants you to do, is repent of all your sins and believe in Him. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins. Ask Him to fill you with the Holy Spirit and to guide you in your new life as a Christian. Ask him to protect you from Satan. In essence, you are praying while you do this. When we pray, we pray to the Father, but via Jesus. Jesus is our intercessor. (just a reminder..... The father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are all one). I know it's confusing, but as you read the Bible and go to church, this will become much clearer. Here's an example prayer: "Father, I accept your Son Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I submit myself to your will. I repent of my sins and I ask that you forgive me of all my sins. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Let your Holy Spirit guide me daily. Protect me from temptations and from Satan. Give me wisdom so that I may grow in you, that I might understand your Word (the Bible). Father, I pray this in the name of your Son Jesus Christ, Amen"

I have accepted Jesus into my life. So what church should I go to ?Great question ! When I evangelise, I don't necessarily focus on a "Church". That is, a physical location, a building. I focus my energy on teaching about Jesus. Jesus does not ask us to go tell eveyone about "their church". Instead, He tells us to go and tell everyone about Jesus (Him). Having said that, I would point you to Calvary Chapel. Only because that's where I go (Calvary Chapel Oceanside), but there are also plenty of other good churches out there besides Calvary Chapel. https://www.calvaryoceanside.org Just make sure the church you choose bases everything they do on scripture (the Bible). What they believe is called "Doctrine". So make sure their doctrine is based solely on what the Bible says. If they use other books, pamphlets or other printed material to teach from (instead of the Bible), that should be a big hint to you to avoid that church. The Bible, is the inspired word of God. He gave us His Word for a reason. No mortal man can provide you better guidance than God's Word. Stick to the Bible. The focus of what the church teaches has to be the Gospel of the "Good News". That is, that Jesus died on the cross (for our sins), was resurrected and will return for His church (believers). Jesus has brought salvation to all those who believe in Him. If you have any doubt, just send us an email with the name of the church (and address) and we can look into them and tell you what we think. Although I love Calvary Chapel, it doesn't mean you have to go to a Calvary Chapel church. There are plenty of other good Churches out there. One more thing; If anyone ever tells you that you can only be saved by going to their church, run as fast as you can away from them ! They are false teachers.
